Refund policy

In all Blackguard Parcels is a Return Sheet.

For any returns please fill out the correct columns on this sheet in order to receive a refund. This must be sent back before 30 days from purchase date.

A refund will be issued for the full price of any product that is returned to us in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original postage charge and excluding the costs of returning a product to us).

All requested refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the parcel.  If you feel we have not acted within the stated timescale in issuing your refund, please email officialblackguard@hotmail.com
